Editing / Creating New Pages
- Only users with an existing account are able to edit and create new pages
- Try to keep corrections in moderation, find out if they're really necesarry first. Maybe commenting can be a better way.
- Before changing consisting matters, think about if your annotations can't firstly be introduced in the discussion section.
- If creating new pages try to follow the existing structure, inserting categories will help to place your page into dynamic indexes. Firt have a look at similar pages to find out the matching category.
- If you have problems finding or creating the right place for your page, you can make a proposal in the discussion section and the administrator will create a place for your page.
Discussion
- By adding of ~~~~ after every comment your user name and date of comment will be added automatically like this: Katrin 13:23, 15 February 2007 (CET)
- Try to follow existing threads only open new ones if the existing are not suitable for you issue
Inserting Images
- Don't use images larger than 90KB and 800x600.
- Most pages and sections already have image galleries available where easily new images can be inserted
- First you have to upload your images under Upload file in the left navigation bar, then it can be inserted anywhere.
- Inserted images can be edited by filling in a short description, copyright information or similar.
